ฝ่ายการเกษตรฯ เข้าเยี่ยมบริษัท Red Chamber ซึ่งเป็นผู้นำเข้าสินค้าประมงรายใหญ่ที่สุดรายหนึ่งของสหรัฐอเมริกา คณะได้รับการต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีจากผู้บริหารระดับสูงของบริษัท ได้แก่   Mr. Ming Bin Kou และ Ms. Down-An Kou โดยได้หารือเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์การนำเข้าสินค้าประมงจากไทยในปัจจุบัน และผลกระทบของปัญหาด้านแรงงานและการค้ามนุษย์ต่อธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ

Thai Agri Team paid a visit to Red Chamber Co., one of the largest US seafood importers at their office in Vernon, Los Angeles. The team was cordially received by the company’s top management, Mr. Ming Bin Kou and Ms. Dow-An Kou. Discussion was focused around current situation of seafood imports from Thailand and how labor and human trafficking issues could affect international trade.
