เมื่อวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2568  ฝ่ายเกษตร ประจำสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครลอสอแอนเจลิส นำโดย ดร. ปิยวัฒน์ นัยโกวิท กงสุล (ฝ่ายเกษตร) เข้าร่วมงาน "Candlelight of Love อาลัยรัก มิ่งขวัญประชา ร้อยใจไทยในแอลเอ" จุดเทียนแห่งความภักดี ถวายความอาลัยสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ณ Friendship Auditorium นครลอสแอนเจลิส มลรัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย เพื่อน้อมรำลึกและถวายความอาลัยแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ภายในงาน ฝ่ายเกษตรฯ ได้มีการจัดคูหาเพื่อส่งเสริมและประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าเกษตรและอาหารไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จักแพร่หลายมากยิ่งขึ้นในกลุ่มผู้บริโภคท้องถิ่นและผู้นำเข้าสหรัฐฯ โดยฝ่ายเกษตรฯ ได้ร่วมแจกเครื่องดื่ม “Midnight Sapphire” ม็อกเทลน้ำมะนาวที่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำตาลมะพร้าวและอัญชัน ตกแต่งด้วยผลไม้บรรจุกระป๋องไทย และได้รับความสนใจอย่างมากจากผู้เข้าร่วมงานเมื่อได้ชิมด้วยมีรสชาติเปรี้ยวอมหวานกลมกล่อมจากน้ำตาลมะพร้าว อีกทั้ง สีสันของน้ำดอกอัญชันที่ดึงดูดสายตา และเปลี่ยนเป็นสีม่วงหลังจากสัมผัสกับกรดจากน้ำมะนาว นอกจากนี้ ฝ่ายเกษตรฯ ยังได้นำเสนอผลไม้บรรจุกระป๋อง น้ำมะขามเปียก และผลไม้แห้งรวมมิตรจากไทยในแนวคิด “Thai Fruit Trail Mix” ประกอบด้วยมังคุด เงาะ และทุเรียนแช่แข็งแห้ง (Freeze Dried) ทุเรียนทอด ซึ่งได้รับผลตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะ ทุเรียนและเงาะแช่แข็งแห้ง ที่สร้างความสนใจให้แก่ผู้ร่วมงานด้วยรสชาติหวานอร่อยและความแปลกใหม่ ภายในงานมีผู้เข้าร่วมงานชาวไทยและอเมริกันเป็นจำนวนมาก ซึ่งรวมถึงผู้นำเข้า ผู้ประกอบการ และเจ้าของร้านอาหารในพื้นที่

On December 1, 2025, Thailand Office of Agricultural Affairs, Los Angeles (OAALA), led by Dr. Piyawat Naigowit, Consul (Agriculture), participated in the event “Candlelight of Love: A Tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother” at the Friendship Auditorium in Los Angeles, California to express loyalty and pay tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, and to promote Thai agricultural and food products among local consumers and U.S. importers. OAALA presented and offered “Midnight Sapphire,” a lemonade mocktail made with palm sugar and butterfly pea extract, garnished with Thai canned fruits. The drink received significant attention from attendees due to its refreshing sweet-and-tangy flavor from lemonade and palm sugar with the eye-catching blue-turn-purple color from butterfly pea. In addition, the office also presented “Thai Fruit Trail Mix,” featuring a selection of Thai dried fruits including freeze-dried mangosteen, rambutan, durian; and fried durian. Canned fruits and tamarind concentrate were also showcased during the event. The products were well-received, particularly the freeze-dried durian and rambutan, which drew strong interest from attendees for their unique texture and naturally sweet flavor. The event was well attended by both Thai and American participants, including importers, business owners, and local restaurant owners.
